- ONLY empty, 20-ounce SODA bottles in good condition will be accepted (bottles do not need tops but cannot be dented or crushed).

- ONLY bottles with standard-size openings will be accepted (no wide mouths or other non-standard openings).

- Bottles used for all brands of water — such as SAM's CHOICE — have very thin walls. They are too flimsy for our production process and will not be accepted.

- Any unaccepted bottles will be deducted from the total number of qualifying bottles in each box.

- Boxes should not be shipped until they are full of bottles. Any boxes received with fewer than 70 bottles will not be credited.

- To the best of my knowledge, the organization on whose behalf I am collecting bottles is a non-profit organization.

- TerraCycle can only ship to non-residential locations. Should you enter a residential address, the UPS residential surcharges will be deducted from the amount that your organization receives.

- Your return shipments of full boxes can be made ONLY from (1) a location that has regular daily UPS service or (2) by taking the box(es) to a UPS drop off location. You CAN NOT call UPS and have them pick up the boxes from a location they normally do not service as the prepaid shipping label does not cover this service.

- Payments to your organization will be made twice per year, once in June and once in December. The June check will cover bottles received from November 1st through April 30th, and the December check will cover bottles received from May 1st through October 31st.

- I grant TerraCycle Inc. and its representatives the right to include my name as a participant in this program in print and electronic communications about the campaign. No identifying information other than my name will ever be revealed. Neither TerraCycle nor its representatives will sell or otherwise make available any personal information collected in this program.

- TerraCycle reserves the right to suspend or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Any funds owing to an organization as of the date of a cancellation or suspension will be paid in full.
